- Choose a Doctor - Make sure your doctor is licensed in your state.
- Choose "MRI / Diagnostic Imaging Referral" under 'Available Services'
- Do NOT choose one of the recurring membership options (Monthly, 3-Month, or Annual memberships)
- Do NOT choose a 1-week membership ("one-time consult")
- Complete the Imaging Referral Intake Forms
- NOTE: If you would like more than one MRI / X-Ray, click on "Additional Imaging Request" for each requested test. When complete, click on 'Continue'.
- NOTE: Please have in mind your preferred imaging center prior to signing up. Have the imaging center's contact info, including email or fax # is very helpful and will make the process go more smoothly.
- Pay for the service via credit card
- Your doctor will be notified about the new referral request and coordinate sending the referral. You may be asked to clarify clinical information and/or set up a consultation depending on your case.
- You may set up a video chat appointment with your doctor based on their availability calendar. At the time of you appointment enter the video chat.
- Once the referral has been sent, you will need to schedule your appointment directly with the imaging center.
- Upon completion of the test and receipt of the radiologist's report, it will be shared on the website under your medical files.
- You will be notified when the results have been uploaded to your file with a disposition.
